• The Early-Bird rate applies strictly to payments received in full by 23:59 (HKT) on 20 October, 2026. Any payments received after this timestamp will automatically be charged at the Regular rate.

• The 1-day workshop (Nov 27) is not available as a standalone ticket. It is offered exclusively as part of the "All-Access Pass" bundle (which includes both the workshop and the conference).

• The "Student Presenter" rate requires valid proof of current full-time student status (e.g., student ID card or official enrollment letter) to be uploaded during registration. If the submitted proof does not meet the criteria, the registration team reserves the right to reclassify the registration to the "Other Presenter" tier and issue an invoice for the price difference.

• All fees are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are non-refundable. Registrations are only confirmed upon successful payment.
